8. Fund of the Committee:

(1) The Committee shall have a separate fund and the following funds shall be in that fund:-

(a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal.
(b) Any person or organization provided by way of donation or assistance in kind or cash amount.
(c) Funds received from international organizations, foreign governments or individuals (d) Amounts to be received for any service provided by the Committee.
(e) Funds received by the committee from Kathmandu District Development Committee, Kathmandu Metropolitan City or any other body.
(f) Funds received from other sources.

(2) Before receiving funds under clause (c) of sub-section (1), the committee shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(3) The funds remaining in the funds of the committee will be deposited in a bank account in Nepal.
(4) All expenses incurred in the name of the committee shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(5) The account of the committee shall be operated by the joint signature of the member-secretary and the chairman or the member appointed by him.
